Here in this body are the sacred rivers, here are the sun and moon, as well as all pilgrimage places. I’ve not encountered another temple as blissful as my own body.

We search outside for what has always lived within. We cross rivers and climb mountains and sit in ancient temples — and all of it points us back, always, to this body, this breath, this beating life.
This body is not a cage. It is the very ground of consciousness. To honour it, to listen to it, to move through the world inside it with presence — that is the oldest form of worship.
