Ten days of silence at Dhamma Janani Lumbini.
No speaking. No phone. No reading or writing. Just the body, the breath, and the unceasing activity of the mind — which, when you finally stop feeding it distractions, is quite a thing to witness.
Vipassana is a technique of observation. You watch sensation arise and pass. Arise and pass. Over and over, until the truth of impermanence stops being a concept and becomes something you feel in your bones.

What it gave me cannot be described. Only carried.
